Clerk of works acting as the Client’s Representative
Between £85,000 - £100,000 basic, personal travel, health and bonus (£10,000)
Our client is a Prestigious Development Management Company, who have been appointed to manage the delivery of a Landmark project in central London, comprising luxury residences, serviced apartments and retail offering.
They require a Clerk of Works / QA Manager to monitor the quality and execution of the specialist building trades, both internal and external to include RC frame, stone, facades and roofing. Ensuring all work is carried out as per specification and to exacting standards.
It’s likely you will be from a Main Contracting background with a formal training or trade qualification. In addition, previous experience of residential, hospitality or hospital projects in the UK is essential.
This is a permanent role however the client may also consider a fixed term contract of approximately 18-24 months, offering an immediate start early July. Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 6pm with the possibility of some weekend work/nights as the project progresses. Overtime/rates to be discussed.
