Senior Project Manager – Management Contracting – West London Based
Package up to £100,000 + Travel Allowance & Generous Bonus
- The challenge offered by this unique appointment demands a highly motivated individual, with proven management skills combined with the ability to rapidly assimilate the challenges of a live project, translate them into practical objectives and manage their execution. A strong technical background supported by a formal qualification in building (Construction Management), Quantity Surveying or civil engineering is essential.
- Our client, is working with one of London’s most progressive and highly respected developers and are seeking an ambitious individual capable of dealing with all aspects of project management within the entire development process to include design, budget appraisals/change orders, project planning and procurement, as well as the overall management of the construction process to ensure successful and timely completion.
- You are successful but feel the need for a new and exciting challenge, qualified with previous experience gained ideally with a Construction Management organisation, although someone with a background in high end residential, having worked for a leading developer will be seriously considered.
- The remuneration figure shown assumes a basic salary of up to £100,000 and an additional allowance for a car or personal travel, pension contribution, private medical care, plus a generous bonus incentive.
