Lead flagship luxury hotel developments across London, working as the developer contractor. Bring your expertise to life in London's premier settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of new build and retrofit hotel projects with values between £50m - £200m

• Drive design, delivery, quality and health and safety on site
• Champion modern construction methods and CDM
• Build strong teams through confident communication & collaboration

Key Criteria

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or Surveying
• UK experience, ideally with Tier 1 / 2 contractors as PM or Construction Manager
• Strong command of project planning & site organisation
