Revit Technician | High-End Residential, Hotel & Restaurant Projects | London

£55,000 to £65,000 package or equivalent day rate

Join a developer-contractor shaping London’s most prestigious lifestyle destinations in their inhouse design team.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings/models in Revit from architectural, structural, or MEP scopes of works
• Deliver digital modelling support from concept through construction
• Maintain Revit models to BIM Level 2 standards, ensuring design feasibility, accuracy and buildability
• Work with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to produce clash-free designs
• Build and manage templates, and libraries in Revit
• Generate schedules, sections, elevations, and details directly from models
• Lead design coordination and BIM meetings internally and externally

 Key Criteria

• A degree or HNC/HND in a design related field within construction
• Proven experience managing technical Revit design on large-scale developments (residential, hospitality, commercial)
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project
• Hands-on with BIM workflows & Common Data Environments (e.g., Viewpoint, Aconex)
