Join a specialist hotels team within a top-tier boutique consultancy, managing high-end hotel fit-outs and refurbishments across London and the South East.
The Role
- Lead fast-track hotel capex and fit-out projects (£2m–£10m)
- Full pre & post-contract QS duties in live environments
- Hybrid: 3 days split between home, office & site
- Based in London & Southeast
You’ll Need
- PQS / Cost Consultancy experience
- Hotel, commercial change-of-use project background
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction
- UK driving licence & own transport
