Senior Project Manager Construction Developer / Contractor | High End Residential London

Up to £100,000 per annum, plus travel, health, pension & bonus

The challenge offered by this unique appointment demands a highly motivated Senior Project Manager with proven management skills gained in a contracting environment, combined with a strong commercial acumen to rapidly assimilate the challenges of live projects, translate them into practical objectives and facilitate their execution.

You will trained in either Construction Management or a time served tradesman or woman who has progressed up the management ladder to the title of Senior Project Manager.

Currently working for a boutique developer or an high end contractor you will have experience of delivering technically challenging residential developments within the confines of central London, to include deep basement excavations, steel and RC structures, with bespoke interiors.

Build values are typically between £10m & £50m and you will be responsible for the coordination of projects from appointment, ensuring key deliverables are being achieved on site and program fulfilment.
