Façade Manager – Building Envelope – Construction – London

Up to £400 per day shift (Fixed term contract)

An opportunity to work on a listed building façade, incorporating elements of stone and brick on a major new build hotel development in central London.

Our client is looking for a Facades expert from either a Main or Specialist Contracting background, having worked on major building projects in the UK.

You will be responsible for the external envelope, roofing and waterproof packages. You will be involved from the outset and developing the design, overseeing the appointed specialist trade contractors, monitoring the programme and general QA, attending weekly review meetings, where you will be required to represent the client.

They require someone that can communicate and interact at all levels, from trade contractors through to key stakeholders.

Candidates are likely to be degree qualified in either Civil or Structural Engineering with a minimum of five years management/supervisory experience.
