Up to £400 per day  (Fixed term contract)

Speyhawk Ltd are working with a developer contractor who are looking to appoint an ‘M&E Manager’ for the Building Services component of a major new build development in the West End.

Our client is looking for a qualified ‘Building Services Engineer’ with expertise in both mechanical and electrical fields. This is a technical role that will include design input and coordination, carrying out audits and monitoring the associated specialist sub-contractors, remotely and on site. Applicants must be familiar with ‘AutoCAD’ and ‘Revit’ packages.

Key Criteria of the M&E Project Manager:

• A background in building is essential
• Experience gained as an M&E Project Manager working for a Construction Management or Contracting organisation (Tier 1 or 2)
• Recent experience gained in the UK
• On new build luxury residential and commercial projects (with values typically in excess £100m).

The role is office based but will require a good communicator who is equally comfortable at chairing project meetings with key stakeholders, as well as monitoring the trades and upholding the company’s exemplary standards.
