Are you an experienced Estimator with a passion for high-spec residential design and build projects? We’re seeking a talented and detail-driven Estimator to join our client – a prestigious property developer/contractor delivering exceptional, bespoke homes across London and the Home Counties.

About the Role:

As the Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction and tendering for ultra-luxury residential developments with values typically between £10m and £50m in value. Working closely with clients and subcontractors, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate cost plans, budgeting, and value engineering across a prestigious and dynamic portfolio of HNWIs’ projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage cost estimates for new high-end residential builds
• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and procurement strategies
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Provide input on design and specification decisions to ensure cost efficiency
• Prepare tender documentation and analyse bids

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar
• Proven experience working on luxury residential or bespoke high-end projects
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and commercial skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Relevant experience gained in the UK
