Our client, a long-established name in the commercial fit out sector, is seeking a commercially minded and client-focused Project / Contracts Manager. Operating as the main contractor, they excel in the delivery of commercial fit out projects with values typically between £100k and £1m, offering a turnkey service across North London and the Home Counties.
About the Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Interaction: Engaging with clients from initial brief to project completion, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication throughout.
- Measuring and Pricing: Accurately assessing project requirements, measuring up, and preparing detailed pricing for commercial fit out projects.
- Project Delivery: Overseeing the execution of projects, managing delivery teams, and ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborating with the commercial manager on cash flow forecasts, procurement and trade contractor payments. Documenting variations and reconciling accounts.
