Project Manager Construction – Passive Fire Protection

Up to £55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

A successful specialist passive fire protection contractor is looking for a Project Manager to join their team, delivering projects across London and the Home Counties.

Working across the commercial and industrial sectors, you'll manage passive fire protection projects from initial client meetings through to delivery and handover, with responsibility for programme and commercial performance.

The Role

• Client and subcontractor management
• Programme, quality and compliance
• Variations, valuations and project handover
• Work closely with the MD and wider team

About You

You'll ideally have 3+ years' UK construction experience, preferably within passive fire protection, fire stopping, specialist contracting, fit-out or refurbishment.
