Architect | Design Manager | High-End Residential Contractor | Hertfordshire

Salary up to £75,000 + Benefits

A small but highly successful high-end residential contractor is expanding and is now seeking an in-house Architect / Design Manager to take projects from concept through to completion.

Working on bespoke private homes — including luxury new builds, extensions, and complex basement developments — this role offers rare, end-to-end involvement across RIBA Stages 1–5, with real influence on how projects are designed, managed, and delivered.

Who they’re looking for

• A newly qualified Architect or CAD Designer ready to step into a broader role, or
• A more experienced Designer / Architect seeking a hands-on, rewarding environment with visible results

You’ll ideally have:

• Minimum 2 years’ UK post-qualification experience
• Exposure to high-end private residential projects
• Experience contributing across RIBA Stages 1–5
• A full UK driving licence (office-based in Hertfordshire with local site visits)
