We’re looking for a driven, self-sufficient RICS-qualified Property Valuer to lead the expansion of our clients valuation services in a growing market. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and delivering exceptional client service.

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out property valuations in line with RICS standards.
• Develop and grow the firm’s valuation client base.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Provide high-quality professional advice and support to clients.
• Collaborate with the wider team on selected property management projects.
• Partner with local real estate agents.

What We’re Looking For:

• MRICS or FRICS qualification (Valuation pathway).
• 5+ years’ residential valuation experience.
• Strong communication, initiative, and business-development skills.
• Confident working independently with a focus on results.
• Bachelor’s degree and ability to pass background checks.
