Clerk of Works – Luxury Residential – Client’s representative
£75,000 – £85,000 basic, personal travel, health and bonus incentive (guaranteed 10%)
Our client, a Prestigious Development Management Consultancy have been appointed to manage the delivery of a Landmark project in central London, comprising luxury residences, serviced apartments and retail offering.
They require a traditional Clerk of Works from a technical background to monitor the quality and execution of the specialist building trade contracts, both internal and external to include RC frame, facades and roofing through to the finest finishes. As the lead Clerk of Works, you will ensure all work is carried out as per specification and to exacting standards.
It’s likely you will be from a Main Contracting background with a formal training in Quality Management or a trades qualification. In addition, previous experience of residential or hospitality projects gained as a Clerk of Works in the UK is a prerequisite.
This is a permanent role however the client may also consider a fixed term contract of approximately 18-24 months, offering an immediate start.
