PROJECT MANAGER – CLIENT SIDE – CONSTRUCTION – HOTELS – LONDON
Up to £85,000 plus personal travel & bonus incentives

Speyhawk are recruiting for a prestigious development management organisation who have been appointed to act as the client’s representative on a prestigious hospitality led scheme in London.

We are looking for a ‘Construction Project Manager’ not a hotelier, with a formal qualification/training in either Construction Management or Architecture. You must have a solid foundation in building major projects, with Development / Project Management experience gained with a leading consultancy or developer on hospitality projects.

You will have the necessary entrepreneurial skills to embrace the entire development process, hitting the ground running on a live project, from design development, programming, procurement and overseeing the delivery of the project, through to successful completion.

This is a permanent opportunity and benefits include a generous basic, personal bonus incentive (10%), personal travel, private health cover and pension contribution. The remuneration figure quoted is realistic (subject to experience).

This role will include some night shift work, which will be on a rotational basis, alternate shifts or a flexible rotation to suit.
