Clients Engineering Project Manager

London | £90,000 - £110,000 + Bonus

An exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious international private investment group delivering super-prime residential, luxury hospitality and landmark development projects.

Acting as the Client-Side Project Manager, you will represent the client's interests throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating leading architects, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

We are looking for:

• Degree-qualified Civil Engineer, Construction Manager or Chartered Surveyor.
• Proven client-side or consultancy experience delivering luxury residential or hospitality developments.
• Strong commercial, technical and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional membership (ICE, CIOB or RICS) desirable.
