Freelance Clients Project Manager (Ultra Prime Residential) - London

Up to £550 per day shift

Our client, a Prestigious Development Management organisation. They now require an ambitious Project Manager from a Construction Management or developer background to join their highly successful delivery team.

You will have the necessary entrepreneurial skills to assimilate the challenges of a live project in it closing stages. Demonstrable experience gained on the fit out of luxury new build developments in the UK, managing the delivery, appointed consultants and trade contractors is essential. Based in our clients well appointed offices you will visit site as and when required and report back at weekly meetings.

Previous Development/Project Management experience is also an essential prerequisite gained in the UK Construction Industry (managing the build on behalf a client organisation or consultancy). It’s likely you will have a formal qualification/training in Construction Management or Architecture.

This is a one-year fixed term contract. The remuneration figure quoted is realistic (subject to experience).
