Up to £45,000 plus mileage allowance, stakeholder pension and profit share

Our client is a privately owned and operated building consultancy that offer a full suite of professional services to include, design, project management, building and quantity surveying.

As part of their planned expansion they have a new opening that would suit an ambitious Assistant Project Manager who is either Chartered or looking to complete their APC through an accredited RICS route and looking to develop their career in project management. As a small business you will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the business from design, programming and project managing projects.

They have a wide client base, spanning the care sector, health, education and private/spec housing, working for contractors, developers and end clients alike. Candidates are likely to be from a Building Surveying, Design or Construction Management training, as a solid understanding of building regulations, general construction methodology and a proficiency of AutoCAD would be advantageous.
