Construction Bid Co-ordinator – Prestigious Developer – London

Up to £60,000 plus, health, pension and bonus

Our client is a prestigious developer, who operates in the Super Prime residential development sector. As part of their planned expansion they are looking for a Bid Co-ordinator with construction experience.

The position will include managing all aspects of tender submissions up to commencement on site, including working closely with clients, contractors and their supply chain.

The main duties and responsibilities of the Bid Manager will include:

• Collating tender packs
• Resource Planning
• Design evaluation, value engineering and feasibility exercises
• Working with commercial team to compile quotations
• Representing the company during the lead-in phase of contracts
• Ordering and scheduling materials

This is an office-based position and would suit someone from either a Contracting/Developer environment or Consultancy / Development Management organisation that has experience of building projects in excess of £5million typically in value.
