An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Manager to join a prestigious development client delivering a portfolio of luxury residential homes in Grand Cayman.

Acting as the developer/contractor, you will oversee the delivery of a range of high-end residential commissions, from bespoke new-build family homes through to the refurbishment and redevelopment of existing luxury properties.

These projects demand a high level of technical understanding, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate specialist consultants and contractors to deliver exceptional standards.

The Role

• Oversee construction delivery across a range of high-end residential projects.
• Manage projects from renovation and refurbishment through to bespoke new-build homes.
• Monitor programme, quality and budget throughout the construction phase.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest architectural and construction standards.

The Candidate

• Background working for a main contractor, construction manager or high-end residential developer.
• Proven experience delivering luxury residential new-build or refurbishment projects.
• Strong construction knowledge with the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines.
• Commercially aware with a practical, delivery-focused approach.
