Delivery Manager / Business Lead – London

Up to £110,000 + Benefits, Travel and Bonus Incentive

Our client is a highly successful specialist contractor operating within the commercial and residential development market in London. With an international reach the supply and fit the finest stone finishings, working with Architects, Contractors and End Clients.

Due to an increased demand for their highly innovative product range, a new appointment for a Delivery  Manager / Business Lead Director has been created within their management team.

This position demands a building professional, with a strong commercial awareness, combined with a first class background in the effective management of multiple contracts with values typically between £1m to £2.5million.

Experience of stonework would be an advantage, however you must demonstrate the ability to work independently within a close knit team in order to make a valuable contribution to the ongoing success of the business.  Good computer skills are essential including knowledge of Windows based packages to include Outlook, Excel and Word.
