Description

Speyhawk Ltd are recruiting for a Client Side Design Director for a Landmark Hospitality Project in London

Recent Hospitality Experience gained on major projects in the UK is essential.

Up to £125,000 + Bonus, Personal Travel & Benefits

The field of design management within property development or real estate is both challenging and demanding and requires not only a strong understanding of the basic principles of construction methodology, but also a desire to produce a highly finished, quality product which fully meets the standards of discerning clients and end users alike.

Our client is a highly esteemed Development Management Consultancy with a reputation for delivering luxury high-end residences & hotels.

The recent award of a major building project in the heart of Central London has created this key position to head up their design function and it will involve all aspects of design on a live project.

We are looking for a practical, hands on Design Director to expediate design changes, whilst maintaining a seamless document flow and client’s approval. Previous experience of luxury hotel projects gained with a leading consultancy or  design house is essential.

This role will be predominantly office-based, although previous experience of Design Co-ordination in a live building environment would be a distinct advantage with the ability to interact onsite with both the project delivery team and specialist trade contractors.

The remuneration figure shown above assumes a basic salary of up £100,000+, in addition a personal bonus of up to £10,000, personal travel, private health and pension contribution are offered.
