FF&E Buyer | Luxury Interiors | London (Office based)

We’re looking for an experienced FF&E Buyer to support the sourcing, procurement and coordination of Luxury Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment across super prime and hospitality led projects in Europe.

Responsibilities:-

• Source and procure FF&E to meet project design, quality and budget requirements
• Manage purchase orders and track deliveries
• Build strong supplier relationships
• Monitor costs, lead times and project schedules
• Support internal teams with accurate, timely procurement information

What You Bring

• Experience in FF&E procurement or purchasing
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency with procurement or supply chain tools
