Freelance Quantity Surveyor Construction London

Up to £450 per day shift – 12 months fixed term contract

Our client is acting in a developer contractor capacity and are trading from a position of strength with a full order book secured for the next three years, they are now looking to take advantage of this, by recruiting an intermediate level quantity surveyor to work on a series of new build hotel projects throughout London.

It is likely you will be degree qualified (BSc. Quantity Surveying or Construction Management) and have five years post graduate experience. Candidates with less or more experience will be considered. Previous hotels experience would be advantageous, or complex commercial new builds working for a main contracting organisation.

You will report to the Commercial Manager and be at the forefront of the delivery on site. This is a live project and the role will be office based near to site. Project values range typically from £50 million to £150 million in value.
