Freelance Senior Project Manager | Super Prime Residential | London

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to act on behalf of a UHNW client overseeing the delivery of a new build residential development in London.

This is a technically challenging scheme involving a deep basement structure, complex structural steel and reinforced concrete frame, currently progressing on a live construction site. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the build through its next critical phases and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the client in overseeing day-to-day construction activities on site.
  • Coordinate with the main contractor, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
  • Monitor programme performance and ensure construction milestones are achieved.
  • Ensure the project is executed safely and in accordance with design intent and specifications.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience delivering high-end residential or technically complex construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of basement construction, reinforced concrete and steel structures.
  • Experience working on live construction sites in a project leadership role.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
