Up to £400 per day shift – Hybrid | WFH & Projects

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity with an international development organisation who are acting in a developer/contractor capacity on a series of major new build projects in London. The requirement is for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager who is prepared to commit to a longer term assignment.

You will be responsible for representing the client’s interests, preparing cost plans, procurement and appointment of specialist subcontractors and the day-to-day commercial duties on live projects to ensure they are delivered to budget.

You will be qualified to degree level (BSc Quantity Surveying) and could be from either a consultancy or traditional contracting background (tier 1 or 2). The prerequisite is previous commercial management experience on new build projects in either the commercial, residential or hospitality sector, with values in excess of £50m.

This opportunity could potentially lead into a Commercial Director role within the group in the medium term and should be regarded as a stepping stone for a temp to perm arrangement longer term.

Our client has secured multiple sites and has ambitious growth plans in the UK.
