Graduate Quantity Surveyor Bedfordshire

Up to £30,000 plus pension

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent quantity surveying graduate to join a privately-owned main contractor, operating throughout London and the Home Counties.

The role is for a Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor and it’s likely you will be newly qualified as a QS.

Working closely with a Senior QS and the Commercial Director, you will be trained to price and manage fast track fit out projects, in the commercial sector, with typical values between £250,000 & £2.5million.

You will also help to oversee the delivery of projects and will have responsibility for documenting any variations/changes and factor these into the budget and programme to ensure contracts are delivered accordingly.
