£30,000 – £35,000 plus mileage allowance and pension

Our client is an established name in the field of traditional main contracting. As part of their planned expansion they are now looking to bring a Junior Project Manager onboard to expand their roofing and externals works division.

This role would suit someone who has already cut their teeth in the Construction Industry, working for a specialist contractor or main contractor.  Prior exposure in the curtain walling, cladding or roofing industry would be a distinct advantage.

You are now looking to further your career as a Junior Project Manager within a well reputed business that will give you the time and training to fulfil your aspirations and run your own projects. A degree is not essential.

They have a diverse client base with projects in the care, commercial and retail sectors across the country.

As a small to medium enterprise you will be involved in a number of aspects of the business and will initially shadow a Senior Contracts Manager, visiting sites, meeting clients, assisting with both commercial and operational duties. A professional and methodical approach to your work is key, in addition you will need to be computer literate using the full Office suite (excluding PowerPoint).
