A prestigious development organisation is looking to recruit a Technical Manager for the M&E /Building Services component of their flagship residential scheme in the West End.

Our client is looking for a qualified ‘Building Services Engineer’ with expertise in both mechanical and electrical fields. This is a technical role that will include design input and coordination, carrying out audits and monitoring the associated sub-contractors, remotely and on site. Applicants must be familiar with ‘AutoCAD’, ‘Revit’ & ‘BIM’ software and have the ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings.

A background in building is essential with recent experience gained on major residential or hospitality projects (£100m +) in the UK, working for a Consultancy or Tier 1 Contractor.
