Project Co-ordinator – Hard & Soft Landscaping - London

Up to £50,000 Commencing Salary + Health Care & Mileage Allowance

You could be degree qualified in either Landscape Design, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and looking to forge a career with a highly professional and dynamic specialist contractor. You will have a good grounding in the administration and operational coordination of construction projects. Experience in the fast-moving and highly demanding field of hard and soft landscaping or general building.

You are now at the stage in your career where you seek more of a positive acknowledgement for your work and want the opportunity to run your own projects and the autonomy that comes with this, reporting into a Contracts Manager.

As an independently own and operated business you will become an integral part of its success and will have the opportunity to be involved in both the commercial, contractual and operational management of projects. Giving you a well-rounded training and this opportunity could be a stepping stone into a senior role as the business evolves.
