Project Manager – Development Management – High End Residential London

Salary up to £100,000 plus personal travel, health, pension & generous bonus 

Acting as the clients Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the appointed Consultants and Sub Contractors on a prestigious residential development in central London. You will have a strong technical background supported by a formal qualification in construction, ideally Construction Management or Quantity Surveying with demonstrable Project Management experience gained on high-end residential projects in the UK, with values typically in excess of £100million.

Our client is seeking a technically minded Project Manager who is capable of embracing the entire development process on the fit out of ultra-prime residences in central London. You will be responsible for developing the concept design into a workable arrangement and manage both the procurement and project delivery of each bespoke build, through to hand over.

Key Criteria:

  • Development Management or Project Management experience gained with a consultancy or high-end residential developer in the UK
  • Major Projects experience (£100million plus) with front end design and delivery experience
  • The ability to manage project teams effectively both internally and externally
  • Commercially astute

This is a permanent opportunity and benefits include a generous basic and personal travel, private health, pension contribution and personal bonus incentive. The remuneration figure quoted is realistic (subject to experience).
