Project Manager Construction | CM PM Construction Consultancy | London

Up to £65,000 p.a. + Travel, Health & Pension

Our client is an International Project Management Consultancy operating throughout London and Europe. They urgently require an ambitious Project Manager to join there management team in London working across a varied portfolio of  commercial projects, spanning education, private health care and hotels .

The requirement is for a self-starter from a consultancy or client side project management background in the hotels/hospitality or health care, education or general commercial sector, with the necessary skills to manage both new build and refurbishment projects, from design development, planning and ultimately the delivery through to completion, reporting into a Senior PM/Project Director.

Previous Development/Project Management experience (client side) is an essential prerequisite gained in the UK construction industry (managing the build from a client or consultancy perspective). We are looking for a construction professional with a formal qualification/training in either Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or possibly Quantity Surveying.

This is a long term opportunity and benefits include a generous basic, bonus incentive, travel allowance, private health cover and pension contribution. The remuneration figure quoted is subject to experience.
