Project Manager - Construction - Fit Out - Hertfordshire

As a private company with a flat management structure this is ideal time to join the business.

My client now has a requirement for an ambitious Project Manager with the skills and application to interface directly with clients from the initial brief, measuring and pricing through to managing contract delivery.

Projects range typically in value between £100k to £1million and are fast track commercial fit out by nature. A good all-round knowledge of interiors to include raised access flooring, furniture, glass partitions,  gained on commercial schemes is essential.

You are likely to be qualified (Construction Management) or potentially you could come from a trade/carpentry background, but latterly your experience must include time spent with a fit out or specialist contractor on commercial building projects.
