Our client is a Boutique International Project Management Consultancy operating throughout London and Europe. They urgently require an ambitious Project Manager specifically with hotel project experience to join their highly successful management team in London.
The requirement is for a self-starter from a consultancy or client side project management background in the hotels/hospitality sector, with the necessary entrepreneurial skills to manage both new build and refurbishment projects, from design development, planning and ultimately the delivery through to completion.
Previous Development/Project Management experience (client side) is an essential prerequisite gained in the UK construction industry (managing the build from a client or consultancy perspective). We are looking for a construction professional not a hotelier, with a formal qualification/training in either Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or possibly Quantity Surveying.
This is a long term opportunity and benefits include a generous basic, bonus incentive, travel allowance, private health cover and pension contribution. The remuneration figure quoted is subject to experience.
