Project Manager Construction | Specialist Contractor | Natural Stone | London

Up to £55,000 + Benefits

The company is well known within the field of natural stone and cladding and offer clients a turn key solution, from specification, design and manufacturing, through to delivery and installation on major projects throughout London.

Projects are typically commercial by nature and include new build, retained facades, heritage work and complex structures. You will have a proven work history in Contracting or Specialist Contracting, with demonstrable experience of natural stone or sto render systems, both on and off site, pre & post construction experience is essential, having managed major packages (up to £5million)

A high level of written and verbal communication is required and it is likely you will be qualified to degree level (Construction Management) or HNC with demonstrable experience. You will report directly to a Contracts Manager and work closely with the design, QA and cost management teams.  As Project Manager you will chair meetings and report back on progress and health and safety in line with the company’s policies.
