Up to £75,000 + Travel, health and pension

Our client is a highly successful specialist contractor and well known for their expertise in the field of stone on major projects in London. They operate predominantly within the confines of central London, so applicants must already be living within a daily commute as the role will be office-based Monday to Friday with travel to sites.

Prior experience of having worked for a main contractor or specialist in an allied field such as facades, landscaping or fit out with elements of natural stone is essential.

You will take financial control of projects with package values up to £5million, including estimating, cost appraisals, production of budgets, cashflow forecasts, procurement, reconciliations and payment of accounts.  You will run your own projects and report directly to the Commercial Director.
