Speyhawk are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager / Consultant to act as the Clients representative. Working for a boutique Development Management Consultancy on Ultra Prime Residential projects. Hybrid working available with offices based in South East London with travel across Europe.

Up to £500 per day shift plus fully expensed business travel to include 4* accommodation

This is a unique and challenging opportunity for a Project Manager to join a boutique development management consultancy, who operate throughout the UK and Europe.

Our client provides a full turn-key service to private family offices and UHNW individuals specialising in the Ultra-Prime Residential Sector.

Due to an increased demand for their services, they require an accomplished Senior Project Manager to join the team. Whilst projects are in Europe you will be based out of their offices in the South East of England, attending meetings in London and travelling out to projects as and when required.

It’s likely candidates will be professionally qualified in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying and have the aptitude to work independently and a desire to travel. Strong leadership and communication skills are important.

A fluency in French would be advantageous, however contracts are in English and project partners communicate primarily in English, so it’s not essential.

Previous experience as a Project Manager on Boutique, Prime, Super Prime or Ultra Prime developments in the UK or Europe is essential, with values in excess of £10million minimum per unit (build value). This opportunity can offer long term career prospects as our client has a strong order book and they are increasing their exposure in this niche market.
