Speyhawk Ltd are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager from the Construction Industry to join a multi-disciplined building Consultancy in Hertfordshire

Up to £67,500 plus mileage allowance, stakeholder pension and profit share

Our client is a privately owned and operated professional building practice that offer a range of professional services to include, design, project management, building surveying, and quantity surveying.

Due to a period of planned expansion, they have created a new position for a Senior Project Manager, that would suit a versatile Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Project Management professional who could fulfil a dual design/project management role. As a small business you will have the opportunity to get involved at the front end with design, cost planning and programming, through to project delivery of multiple projects between £500,000 & £10million typically in value.

They have a diverse client base, spanning the care sector, health, education and private one-off residences/spec housing and work with contractors, developers, end clients and investors alike. Candidates are likely to be from a Building Surveying or Construction Management/Consultancy background. A good all-round knowledge of building and general construction methodology, along with a commercial mind and ability to administer JCT Design and Build contracts is sought.
