Senior Project Manager – Luxury Fit-Out | Super Prime London Residences

An opportunity to join a long-established leader in luxury interior fit-out delivering exceptional super-prime residential projects across London. We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead the fit out of a landmark development, combining technical expertise, commercial acumen and operational management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of a high-end fit-out project from inception to completion.
• Develop robust project plans, monitor budgets and ensure program and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate teams across design, factory, subcontractors and site.
• Act as the primary client liaison, providing updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and quality compliance.
• Ensure contractual obligations are adhered to and maintain accurate project records.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience on new-build and luxury fit-out projects (prime residential or hotels).
• A contractor’s man or woman, having worked with a tier 1 or 2 contractor or leading specialist subcontractor in the fit-out sector.
• Relevant qualification or equivalent project management experience (time served).
