Senior Project Manager Construction - London

Up to £500 per day shift

Our client is a new and exciting name in the hospitality arena. Acting as Developer/Contract on their flagship hotel in  London they have an urgent requirement for a Senior Project Manager from a contracting background.

As Senior Project Manager you will report into the MD and oversee the management of site managers and specialist trade/package managers on a flagship hotel development in London.

The successful candidate is likely to be from a ‘Main Contracting’ background, with a prerequisite of degree qualified in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management and relevant experience gained in the UK, to include cut and carve, basements and complex builds on major building projects (£50 million plus).

This is an immediate requirement, offering long term career prospects as they have secured multiple sights and have ambitious growth plans in the UK.
