Senior Project Manager Construction - London

Up to £500 per day shift

Our client is a new and exciting name in the hospitality arena. Acting as Developer/Contract on a series of new build hotel projects across London they have an urgent requirement for a Senior Project Manager from a contracting background.

As Senior Project Manager you will report into the MD and oversee the management of site managers and specialist trade/package managers on a flagship hotel development in London.

The successful candidate is likely to be from a ‘Main Contracting’ background,

Degree qualified in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management with relevant post graduate experience gained in the UK, with a bias in the construction of RC/structural or civil engineering elements, cut and carve, basements and complex builds. What is essential is previous exposure on major building projects (£50 million plus), in either new build commercial, hotels or residential.

Our client is looking for a multifaceted individual, with the ability to interact and communicate effectively at levels, from specialist trade contractors to key stakeholders. You will be the link pin on site, responsible for collecting data and communicating your findings at weekly management meetings, reporting on health and safety, production and general quality assurance.
