You must possess a sound Construction background, having gained at least three years’ Site Management experience in the fast-moving and demanding field of high-end fit-out and refurbishment in the UK.
You are ambitious and now seeking a role where you receive positive acknowledgement from your employers, both in terms of career progression and financial reward for your efforts.
Our client is a long-established name, adopting traditional values and they have developed a “second to none” reputation for carrying out the highest quality of work, often working in live environments.
As part of their planned expansion they now require a commercially minded Site Manager to assist with the commercial and operational management of projects (project values typically £250,000 – £1.5million). As a small privately owned and operated business they are looking for a proactive individual who has the ability to manage from the front but at the same time pick up where necessary.
They have a diverse client base and work across a number of sectors to include retail, banking, care homes, high end residences and heritage works.
