Have you considered a career in Specialist Sub-contracting? Our client operates in the field of scaffold and temporary works for major projects across London and the South East. With a full order book and planned growth over the next five years, they now urgently require a Technical “Salesman/Woman” to join their team and to play a key role in the on-going success and future development of the business.

You must be capable of developing lasting relationships with clients by responding effectively to enquiries, attending site meetings and offering technical solutions. Increasing market share by creating awareness and confidence in the company’s product and services.

Your primary function will be to deal with the timely completion of tenders, taking off from drawings and producing schedules. It’s likely you will therefore have had some previous exposure in the Construction Industry, as either a Quantity Surveying or Estimator and know how to develop enquiries and follow up on leads.

This is real opportunity for someone to progress into a standalone Contracts Management role within the next 12-24months. Initially you will work closely with the “Business Development Director” and will embark on a structured familiarisation programme, being introduced to the team, key clients and suppliers.

A background in Building, Main Contracting or Specialist Contracting in the UK is essential.
