A prestigious International Development client is recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager / Senior Clerk or Works a flagship development in London. Due to the stringent quality assurance standards stipulated by their clients, they require the services of a top-level QA Manager to control all aspects of quality relating to both internal and external finishes on what will be regarded as the pinnacle of luxury developments in the London residential market.
An experienced QA Manager with a demonstrable track record of high end building projects gained in the UK is sought. You will have a good all-round knowledge of the building processes and packages to include blockwork, screeding, drylining and roofing.
First and foremost, candidates will have an intimate knowledge of ISO9001 and 14001 together with the ability to impose strict standards of quality on all materials, suppliers and subcontractors.
The QA Manager will also be responsible for QEMS system implementation, maintenance, development and improvement with a reporting function to an Executive Project Manager or the Project Director.
