Design / Design Architect with Residential Experience
Up to £130,000 + Package + Benefits
The field of project management within property development is both challenging and demanding and requires not only a strong understanding of the basic principles of construction methodology, but also a desire to produce a highly finished, quality product which fully meets the standards of discerning clients and end users alike.
Our client is a small but dynamically managed Project and Development Management Consultancy with an international reputation for the management and construction of prestigious building schemes such as five star plus hotels, top of the range residential developments, as well as a variety of retail and leisure schemes.
The recent award of a major building project in the heart of Central London has created this key position within the pre-construction design team which will involve all aspects of the design phase from RIBA part D through to L. Including design studies, buildability assessments, as well as the normal pre-construction design duties involved in a major construction scheme of this nature.
The position demands a qualified Architect with previous experience of major commercial & residential buildings, to include high rise (20 plus storeys) and a track record demonstrating experience either with a leading international architectural practice or construction management/development management organisation.
This is not a site based role, but previous experience of design co-ordination in a live building environment would be a distinct advantage.
The remuneration figure shown above assumes a basic salary of up to £115,000 and personal bonus incentive of £15,000, with a further opportunity of a client discretionary bonus, subject to key project milestones being achieved. In addition an allowance for personal travel, private health and pension contribution are offered.
