FRENCH SPEAKING DOCUMENT CONTROLLER – ADMINISTRATOR – LONDON BASED
Up to £45,000 plus travel, private health & bonus incentive
Our client is an international development organisation, who build landmark developments throughout Europe. They are looking for an experienced Document Controller from a building background to join their team. A bilingual proficiency in French/English is a prerequisite, both written and spoken.
Whilst maintaining the day to day data flow you will provide administrative and translation support for their projects in Europe. The role is London based, working within a small team and assisting the Managing Director as and when required.
The role will involve frequent tête-à-têtes, liaising with project partners and translating contractual documents from French to English and vice versa, management of all documents and correspondence related to the project and travel/meeting arrangements. Previous experience of the construction industry is essential, having worked as either a Document Controller or Project Administrator for a leading building contractor or developer.
- Fluency in French and English
- Previous experience as a Document Controller, PA, Project Administrator or Site Secretary
- Construction experience within the last five years
- The ability to read and interpret construction contracts/documents
